Bag Policy

• Only bags smaller than 16” x 16” x 8” are permitted.
• All bags are subject to a security search. The team highly discourages bringing bags to speed up entry.
• Hard-sided coolers and large knapsacks exceeding the size limit are not allowed.

Gate/seating info

• Shaded seats For day games, the 100-level third-base side offers the best shade. First-base/right-field seats get heavy sun.
• Gates open Typically, gates open 90 minutes before weekday games and 2 hours before weekend games (times are subject to change based on the event). Fans can enter through any main gate, though your ticket app will suggest the one closest to your seat.
• Accessibility info Gate 7 is the primary accessible entrance. Support Concierges can provide wheelchair escorts from the gates to your seats (recommend using Gate 1 or Gate 3). Elevators are Available at Gates 3, 7, 9, and 13.

Parking

• Lots On-site parking is extremely limited. A small number of accessible spaces can be reserved in advance by calling 416-341-1234. The team recommends using the SpotHero app to find and book nearby third-party parking lots.
• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) Designated zones are located near Gate 7 and the Gate 13 Marriott City Centre Hotel roundabout.
• Tailgating Tailgating is not permitted in the Rogers Centre parking garage or on stadium property.

Food and Drink

• Soda Coca-Cola products
• Water You may bring soft-sided plastic bottles or cans of non-alcoholic drinks (600ml or less). Metal/stainless steel bottles (e.g., Hydroflasks) and glass bottles are strictly prohibited. Water bottle refill stations are available on all levels (e.g., near Sections 101, 207, and 507). Outside Food is permitted, provided it is wrapped, bagged, or in a container that fits under your seat.

Insider tips

• You can bring in snacks or full meals (must be in bags/soft containers), which is a major money-saver.
• Gate 1 is typically the most efficient, while Gates 2 and 3 are close to the box office/VIP.
• Third-base side offers great views of both the field and the CN Tower.
• The Marriott City Centre Hotel offers rooms that look directly into the stadium.
• If the roof is open, it's quieter; if closed, it can be loud, so bring earplugs if necessary.
• Take public transit to Union Station and walk to avoid expensive parking.
• Nearby hotels, such as Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel, offer easy access.
