Progressive Field

Bag Policy

• Bags must not exceed 16”x16”x8”. Unlike many stadiums, Progressive Field does not require bags to be clear.
• Manufactured diaper bags, medical bags, clutches, small purses, and soft-sided cooler bags (within size limits) are permitted.
• Prohibited include Backpacks of any kind, suitcases, and large bags.

Gate/seating info

• Gates open Typically, gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for most games, though this can vary for special events or Opening Day.
• Accessibility info Accessible seating is available on all levels (notably Field Box, Club, and Upper Box sections).

Parking

• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) Drop-offs are most convenient along Ontario Street near the stadium entrance.
• Tailgating Tailgating is generally not permitted in the official Gateway garages or on Cleveland Indians/Guardians property. Most fans prefer the nearby bars and breweries in the Gateway District.
• Accessibility info The Gateway East Garage (650 Huron) is the closest option and offers accessible spaces for those with a valid placard and parking pass.

Food and Drink

• Soda Pepsi products
• Water You may bring one factory-sealed bottle of water (20 oz or less) or an empty plastic water bottle. No cans, glass bottles, or insulated metal thermoses.
• Food Outside food is permitted as long as it is individually portioned and in a soft-sided container.

Insider tips

• Maximize your Progressive Field experience by exploring Heritage Park in center field, trying local food favorites like Melt or Happy Dog, and utilizing the right-field District Ticket for a $15 standing-room view with a drink included.
• For families, the Kids Clubhouse offers, and the family deck provides great entertainment, while fans can bring in their own, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
• Visit Heritage Park in center field to learn about team history and see the bullpens. You can get a wristband at the top of Section 113 to watch an inning from the field-level bullpen.
• Purchase a District Ticket online for $15, which includes a drink and standing-room access to the right-field corner, a popular spot that fills up fast.
• Enter via the Infield Gate for potentially shorter lines. For cheaper parking, try the PNC building garage for roughly $10, a 10-minute walk away.
