Bag Policy

• Bags must not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Exceptions include Diaper bags, single-compartment drawstring bags, and bags used for medical reasons are permitted if they meet the size requirements.
• Backpacks are strictly prohibited.

Gate/seating info

• Shaded seats On hot days, choose third-base side club/upper levels or under outfield overhangs.
• Gates open Gates generally open two hours prior to the first pitch. Center Field and Right Field gates often utilize "Go-Ahead Entry" for fans who have registered via the MLB Ballpark app.
• Accessibility info Daikin Park is fully accessible. Accessible seating is available on all levels. Service Animals are permitted if they are assisting a visitor with a disability.

Parking

• Lots The team operates several official surface lots (Lot A, B, C) and garages. It is highly recommended to pre-purchase parking passes. There are roughly 25,000 public parking spaces within walking distance in downtown Houston.
• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) The primary drop-off and pick-up zone is typically located near Union Station (Crawford St) or designated spots on Texas Ave and La Branch St.
• Tailgating Tailgating is not permitted in any of the Astros' managed parking lots.

Food and Drink

• Water You may bring one (1) factory-sealed, clear plastic bottle of water (1 liter or smaller) per person.
• Food Outside food is allowed if it is contained within a one-gallon clear plastic bag (one bag per guest).
