Bag Policy

• Permitted items include Clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), small clutch purses, and fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"). Medical bags and diaper bags are allowed but subject to search.
• Citizens Bank Park has a strict no-backpack policy. Lockers are available for prohibited bags on Citizens Bank Way for a $10 fee.

Gate/seating info

• Shaded seats The third-base side (sections 139-145, 239-245) gets shade first during evening games. The 200-level seats, especially further back, are under cover, protecting you from sun and rain.
• Gates open (Weekday) The Third Base and Left Field gates open 2 hours before first pitch. All other gates open 90 minutes before first pitch.
• Gates open (Weekend) The Third Base and Left Field gates open 2.5 hours before first pitch. All other gates open 90 minutes before first pitch.
• Accessibility info All gates are wheelchair accessible. The ballpark is equipped with elevators, ramps, and escalators to assist guests with disabilities.

Parking

• Lots All parking is cashless and Standard car parking is typically $30. You can purchase parking in advance through the MLB Ballpark app or SpotHero.
• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) The designated drop-off and pick-up zone is Lot T, located near the Third Base Gate along Pattison Avenue. This is the only authorized location for Uber/Lyft.
• Tailgating Permitted only in Lots A–H, M, and N. Tailgating is prohibited in lots west of Darien Street and north of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots open 5 hours before first pitch.

Food and Drink

• Water and Food You may bring in factory-sealed plastic water bottles (20 oz or less). Alcohol, glass bottles, and cans are strictly prohibited. Outside Foodis permitted if wrapped in clear plastic or in a clear bag (reasonable portions).

• Maximize your Citizens Bank Park experience by arriving early to explore Ashburn Alley, bringing your own food to save money.
• Sections 129-132 offer great views near the Phillies' dugout.
• "The Yard" in left-center field features a whiffle ball field, speed pitch, and climbing wall. The kids' food stand near the wiffle ball field offers cheap ($2.50) hot dogs.
• Avoid Long Lines, instead of lower-level crowds, go to the 400 level (e.g., Chickie's & Pete's).
• Ashburn Alley features multiple cheesesteak vendors, the Phillies Wall of Fame, and bullpen views.
• Some fans suggest parking at FDR Park for free and walking, especially for day games.
• Take the Broad Street Line to the AT&T Station to avoid high-priced parking.
• The Phanatic frequently appears in section 117 around the 7th inning. Free sunscreen and sunglasses are sometimes available near the wiffle ball area.
