Bag Policy

• Permitted items include Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (max 12" x 6" x 12"). One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc style).Small clutch purses (max 4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle/strap.
• Prohibited items include Backpacks, large purses, fanny packs, camera bags, and luggage.

Gate/seating info

• Gates open Sunday – Thursday 90 minutes before first pitch. Friday – Saturday 2 hours before first pitch.

Parking

• Garages There are multiple garages nearby, including the Chase Field Garage (4th St) and the Jefferson Street Garage. Pre-paying for parking via the MLB Ballpark app is highly recommended.
• Ride-Share (Uber/Lyft) The designated drop-off/pick-up point is typically located on the south side of Jefferson Street, west of 7th Street (near Gate K).
• Tailgating Tailgating is strictly prohibited in all Chase Field operated parking lots and surrounding garages.
• Accessibility The Chase Field Garage (south of the ballpark) has designated accessible spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food and Drink

• Water You can bring in sealed plastic water bottles (non-flavored, non-carbonated) or empty plastic bottles.
• Food Small food items and "single-serve" juice boxes/baby formula are permitted.

• Take the Valley Metro Light Rail to the 3rd St/Washington stop for a 2-minute walk to the stadium, avoiding $15–$60 parking fees.
• Visit the upper deck behind home plate for a great view of the city skyline, especially with the roof open. The center field area is spacious, while the right-field features unique private balconies.
• The roof usually closes for summer games to allow AC to keep the stadium around 80°F, but it is best to check the weather and plan for warm temperatures, as it does not become fully cold.
• Check the third level for discounted team gear. Friday night games often feature fireworks, and weekday games are typically cheaper.
• Must-See attractions include The Pool located in right-center field. D-backs Museum showcases 2001 World Series memorabilia. Live Music visit Bobby Freeman near the scoreboard for live organ music during the 7th inning stretch.
